I wish to thank AD2000 for publishing my letter seeking information on Fathers Abbott and Flynn in its July issue. I have already received six responses from your readers. One of those who replied was a priest who has put me in touch with a historian who specialises in the Roman Catholic chaplains of the ANZAC forces. I am most hopeful we will find the information we are looking for, thanks to AD2000.
