Letters ChallengeEaster has been a good time to think of the value and meaning of life, suffering, death and destiny, when life is changed, not ended. We should separate healthy aspirations from the temptations of fallen human nature. Our society today faces the challenge between the culture of life and the culture of death. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, lawyers, parent and teachers, etc, must be leaders in upholding the values of our most precious asset, namely human life. In addition, good carers need to be be supported in asserting their rights to conscientious objection so as to resist allegations of discrimination and threats of legal action by "gay activists".
