Poem to Our Lady
Marion Craig

This is a short poem on Our Blessed Lady which I hope you might find room for in your truly unique publication.
With mother-mantle sheltering your children
Who cling and creep, confiding in your care;
Your lovely woman's face alight with pleading
The Almighty Deity Who heeds your prayer.
But most in pure and perfect contemplation,
With heart and mind, in spirit and in sense;
Your upturned hands, your radiant eyes enraptured,
Wholly await on His omnipotence.
