Fr Peter Dresser (December/ January AD2000) denies Christ's divinity by saying 'No human being can ever be God, and Jesus was a human being. It is as simple as that'. It sounds a bit like our media, the great printers of half-truths.

I suppose Fr Dresser is literally correct; but what he doesn't say is that God can be human and he did so through Jesus Christ. It's as simple as that.
