Just a note to say how much we enjoy your magazine and also to give a big thank-you to the many who make use of the letters page - especially Fr G.H. Duggan SM, who, on 7 March 2001, celebrated 65 years of his priesthood in New Zealand.

To quote from Welcom, New Zealand, April 2001: "Fr George Duggan possesses one of the most formidable minds in the Church. He has been noted for his terse, scholarly defense of both the doctrines and the teaching authority of the Catholic Church."

May the good Lord give him good health in the years ahead. We look forward to his words of wisdom.
