Shortly after the Second World War, the Soviets quietly left Austria. The evil empire had never willingly left any captive country before this time. The departure was attributed to a campaign of rosaries, said by Catholics throughout the country.
Until around 1975 Lebanon was a prosperous country with a Christian majority. This prosperity attracted Muslim migrants and refugees. Today Lebanon is a land of intolerance, violence and poverty. If Catholics could take 15 minutes each day to say a rosary for the freedom of this country, the misery could be reversed.
