Victorian State Premier Bracks is under pressure to enact "sexual vilification" legislation similar to current racial and religious vilification legislation.
A two-year taskforce has recommended:
* government-funded "anti-homophobia" and "anti-transphobia" campaigns;
* local councils running "same-sex attracted youth support groups";
* homosexual access to IVF;
* a $1 million "homosexual health centre".
With Victoria's parliamentary Opposition virtually non-existent, it's up to the churches to pressure the Government, via local MPs, to reject these proposals.
